After the initial inquiry, we’ll setup a discovery meeting to better understand your goals for the project.This meeting usually takes 30 minutes.

PROPOSAL

We take the info from the discovery meeting and create a custom scope of work outlining style, approach, general timeline and budget for your project.

PREPRODUCTION

SCRIPT
WRITING

We work with you to shape the perfect messaging for your videos. This is an extremely collaborative process in which we iterate until all stakeholders are happy with the result.

STORYBOARD
+ANIMATIC

The storyboards are the first visual representations of your project which pair the script to sketches representing the visual concepts while the animatic gives a clear ideal of the video pacing with temporary voiceover.

PRODUCTION

ILLUSTRATION

Our team takes the approved storyboards and begins finalizing each illustration.These will be prepared and delivered to your team as-needed in order to get all necessary approvals before animation begins.

ANIMATION

Our process is filled with structured collaboration that doesn't consume a lot of your time, but keeps your deeply involved in the project. The reviews and revisions stages are where you'll be digging in and working with our team to shape your video into the perfect representation of your business.
